SLT Training Centre comprises of 4 fully equipped centres – the two main centres are located at Welisara and Moratuwa whilst the two regional training centres are located at Peradeniya and Galle.

In the beginning, the SLT Training Centre concentrated solely on training the employees of Sri Lanka Telecom. However, later, the Training Centre opened its doors to all students and professionals whether or not employed at SLT, which also includes employees of other telecom operators.
 

SLT Training Centres have sought and obtained affiliation with reputed qualifying bodies such as City & Guilds and Edexcel of UK to offer our students qualifications that are recognized the world over.

We strive to provide vendor independent, high quality training courses that not only provide theoretical knowledge, but also impart the necessary practical skills through real life experience of ICT. Thus, we give extra emphasis to practical training time, with individual attention given to students. The small class sizes guarantee that individual attention is provided and greater interaction is present between student and lecturer.
